The Commercial Litigation department has such a wide breadth of experience with many lawyers being ranked as leaders in the field. They have many specialist departments within the practice group but this role will focus on general Commercial Litigation. The work will be broad, which will make for an exciting position, work will include; Commercial Disputes, Professional Negligence, Contract Disputes, Mediation and arbitration, Finance disputes and Corporate reputation.

You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least five years PQE. You should be working for a Top 200 or specialist Litigation firm. You will have experience in the above areas, although if you are stronger in some areas more than others, I would still urge you to apply as your strengths may be able to be complemented by the rest of the team. You will have first-class technical and strong interpersonal skills. Salary is above market rate and will depend on your background.
