A fantastic firm which is friendly, open, and quick to champion its people for upward progression, is seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join its large and successful Residential Conveyancing team in their Edgbaston office.
 
Our client is a leading regional practice and is well known for its large, dynamic, and forward thinking conveyancing department. They are now seeking a Residential Conveyancer from around 1–4 years of post qualification experience.
 
You will join a large team which uses a very effective case management system. You will have the support of a Conveyancing Assistant, but you must be able to handle your own caseload of conveyancing matters. The team has a new business department who conduct the initial file set up, along with a post-completion team which will enable you to focus on the main part of the transaction.
 
To be considered for this role in Edgbaston, you must be a modern conveyancer, able to work in a fast paced environment, and must have the ability to cope under pressure whilst working with tight deadlines. In return, the firm offers regular salary reviews, along with the opportunity of progression to team management.
