My client is a leading law firm in Manchester City Centre and are listed in The Legal 500 for Commercial Property
They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (3-4 PQE+) to joint the Real Estate team, based in Spinningfields.
Having undergone several years of continuous growth across several practice areas including real estate, the firm is known for offering highly competitive salaries, a fantastic benefits package, and also benefits from an excellent quality of work within residential conveyancing & real estate
The candidate will be well equipped to handle high value files with technical elements, as the case load will often be quite complex and always diverse. The successful candidate will be confident in their abilities, keen to progress their career and incredibly client facing.
Candidates should ideally have experience in development and plot sales managemen and any experience in landlord and tenant and in occupier and/or investment work would be an advantage.
