An exciting new role has arisen within a highly regarded, award winning firm based in Carmarthen for a Commercial/Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.

This firm is competing with larger firms located in central Swansea for the quality of work that they attract. This role would therefore suit a Commercial/Residential Property Solicitor who is looking to take on a quality caseload within a highly regarded and recognised firm.

The Role :

You will be working within a close knit Commercial/Residential Property department and handling a caseload which will include acquisitions and disposals, leases for both landlords and tenants, assisting with the property element of corporate transactions, and acting in the purchase of buy to let properties.

You will also assist on residential property transactions in addition.   

The Candidate :

Ideally, the firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience who has a thorough working knowledge and experience of Commercial Property transactions, preferably with some Residential Conveyancing experience.

You will have sound risk management skills, complying with regulatory requirements such as money laundering and data protection.

The firm is looking to recruit someone who will be able to fit well into an existing department and quickly contribute to the further success of the department.

You will have a keenness to get involved with the firm's business and marketing development.
