Personal Injury Paralegal

Personal Injury Paralegal - An experienced Personal Injury Paralegal is required by a Personal Injury team in Sheffield. The Personal Injury Paralegal will be required to handle RTA, EL and PL cases through Stage2 of the MOJ portal. The Personal Injury Paralegal will be required to manage a case load of a range of Personal Injury Fast Track Portal claims (including Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability and Public Liability cases) through to final settlement. Day to day you will be evaluating and making decisions on cases, considering medical evidence, assessing quantum and advising the client and negotiating settlements. You will be responsible for ensuring the swift settlement of cases in the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) portal or litigating cases in Stage 3. In addition to regular support and supervision, you will be given the tools (including robust processes, procedures, systems and ongoing development) to thrive in the role and refine your professional toolkit.
Salary £23,500.
