Commercial Property Solicitor

A leading legal 500 firm with a number of offices nationwide are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their offices based in Shrewsbury.

You will be joining a well established and highly regarded multi disciplinary law firm. You will be experienced in running a case load of Commercial Property matters to include landlord and tenant, joint ventures and promotion agreements, transfer of equity, mortgage and legal charges and sale and purchase. Experience of dealing with agricultural matters is also desirable.

The Commercial Property team deals with a broad range of clients and you will be dealing with quality work. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with an excellent firm.

You will ideally have 3 years plus PQE handling your own Commercial Property case load.

Salary is competitive dependent on experience together with excellent benefits to include 23 days holiday (rising with service), pension, health care scheme, death in service and flexible working arrangements.
