The opportunity
Due to continued growth this Top Legal 500 Law Firm are now looking for an experienced Senior Lawyer to join their highly successful Multi-Track Accidents team in their Nottingham office with a positive attitude, excellent client care and communication skills.

The successful candidate will run a Multi-Track case load of values from £25,000 up to £500,000 and will be able to deal with all aspects of running a case from initial interview of client to trial, with an understanding of the issues involved in dealing with Multi Track case, such as costs and litigation process. You will have proven and demonstrable experience of carrying out relevant investigations, obtain relevant documents, prepare witness statements; prepare for Conferences; Court hearings (CCMCs/Trials).

The role
As a Senior Lawyer with at least 8 years’ experience, you will be conducting a high quality caseload and providing support and supervision to junior lawyers. You will play an important role in the Unit in helping to achieve the Unit’s objectives. You will be engaged in challenging and rewarding casework as you represent clients who are victims of Road Traffic Accidents, accidents at work, COSHH and stress, and occasionally cases involving product liability, sports injuries and injuries caused by animals. Exceptional communication, sound judgement, confident decision-making supported by your significant legal knowledge and expertise is essential to the role.
