Commercial Property Solicitor.

A market leading firm in Ipswich is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their established and friendly team.

This opportunity would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ years of PQE) who has a solid background in dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters, such as acquisitions and disposals, business leases, site acquisitions, developments and plot sales, options, overage and conditional agreements and planning work. You must be able to handle your own caseload under minimal supervision and have a commercial outlook with experience in business development.

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will also be required to assist the residential property team where necessary, so a solid knowledge of residential property transactions is also important.

Excellent prospects on offer including a competitive salary, supportive and personable team, and great scope for progression.

If you are a Commercial Property Solicitor who would like to join one of the most highly regarded firms in Ipswich, then please apply now to be considered, or call Rosie Gunn in complete confidence. 0207 649 9298.
