A Legal 500 firm with a respected heritage is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their firm that has a national reputation for Employment Law. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your Employment Law career with a department that has a national reputation in the field.

The Role

They are looking for an Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE to join their leading Employment team.

You will have a diverse and high-volume case load working for a range of clients with a focus towards contentious work. You will have a commitment to your clients and have the opportunity to help them all the way through the legal process.

You will work in a friendly, approachable and supportive department with a generous work/life balance. The firm will give you the opportunity to meet your clients and build strong relationships with them and autonomy over your own cases.

Requirements

• You will be at least 2 years PQE and have experience working in an Employment Department
• You will have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You will be able to work with a high-volume case load
• You will be enthusiastic about assisting clients
