This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to advance their career in a highly regarded firm.

LAW Absolute are currently working with a Top 200 law firm based in Suffolk, that are looking to take on a permanent member of staff that will work in the Commercial Property Department alongside a team of supportive and driven professionals. 

Responsibilities will include; 

• Acquisitions and Disposals 
• Retail Landlord and Tenant issues
• Development work 
• Commercial Mortgages 
• Business Development 

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial property background, excellent interpersonal, communication and client facing skills and be able to handle their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion.
