Opportunity to join this small & newly established practice in Liverpool city centre and work as part of a close knit team that provide plenty of opportunities to progress your career. Ideally you will have gained experience of managing your own caseload and be comfortable working without supervision.

You will need to have gained at least 1 years' experience of running your own caseload of litigated RTA claims and have experience of dealing with fast track Personal Injury claims. Your caseload will consist of issues such as liability disputes, quantum disputes and fraudulent claims, any experience of dealing with multi-track work will also prove useful. Ideally you will be a confident litigator who is focused on securing the best possible reward for your clients.

There is support in place and a team of Paralegals that will allow you to focus on securing the best possible outcome for your clients, as well as an up to date case management system. Being based in the heart of the city centre you are within walking distance of local rail & bus stations. Whilst this firm do expect you to work hard during the hours of 9 to 5, there is a relaxed atmosphere in place and a great work/life balance with a very pleasant working environment.

Salary for this role will range from £25,000 - £35,000 with an attractive bonus scheme in place that will allow you to earn in excess of £5,000+ per year. There are also further incentives added for staff to earn even more than your annual bonus.
