My client is a Legal 200 firm with a national presence who are expanding their Nottingham team with the appointment of a specialist Property Litigation Solicitor at NQ-4 years' PQE. You could be either a Solicitor or Legal Executive who is passionate about Property Litigation.
 
The client base on offer includes high profile nationally recognised commercial retail clients, property management clients, and very high net worth individuals.  
 
Your typical client base will be centred around large scale commercial retail clients, and you can expect a mixed caseload of matters including:

• Boundary and general commercial property disputes
• Rent review and service charge disputes
• Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and associated notices and procedures
• Dilapidations claims
• Commercial lease renewals
• Breach of covenant and title.

In order to be considered, you will have a strong academic record, be NQ-4 years' PQE, and be commercially astute.
 
You will have trained or gained experience at a comparable city or large regional firm, and you will possess strong client focus and proven organisational skills.
 
With your commercial approach and pragmatic approach to cases, you will aim to put yourself in the shoes of your clients. Experience in advising commercial retail clients would be advantageous.
