THE FIRM
Our client is a major UK regional law firm with offices working within a diverse range of business sectors.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a talented residential property lawyer to join a highly successful team to specialise in working with educational institutions and not for profit organisations in managing their estates and investment properties.
You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, from high net worth individuals and landed estates to UK and overseas investors, on a wide variety of matters from sale and purchase of high value town and country homes to lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this role you will be a residential property lawyer at the NQ level with a proven training seat gained within a leading and well-regarded national or regional firm.
Strong academics and a 2:1 degree or above are required along with a flexible and committed approach and the ability to work under pressure.
A self-starter, you will be keen to work hard and help develop the business in return for which you can expect to be offered outstanding career progression.
