The Role

Due to continuing growth, this firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join one of their offices in Suffolk.

You will join a friendly, supportive and professional team. The Commercial department has seen an increased workflow in recent months and under good leadership are looking to further expand the department.

The Commercial Property department deals with an exceptional quality of work acting for a broad client base. You will work as part of a highly experienced team; the caseload will be varied making for a more interesting role. Work will include; Acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant, Commercial leases and some Development work.

You will have good training and career development, for the right candidate very good career prospects are on offer.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge of property matters and a good billings history
• You will be a keen business developer, with proven experience in introducing new business
• You should be ambitious and eager to progress
• The salary will be competitive and based upon experience.
