An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Lincolnshire's leading law firms as a mid-level Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive. 
 
My client, a highly reputable law firm with a long and established presence in the Lincolnshire market wishes to expand their Employment team at the mid-level. Joining a highly skilled and recognised team, the mid-level Employment Solicitor can expect a varied caseload of predominantly respondent work. Matters you may advise on include, but are not limited to; advising on employment contracts, Health & Safety handbooks, redundancies, TUPE, and disciplinary & grievance advice etc.  
 
You can expect to work with a variety of business clients, varying in size and across a range of sectors, so your approach must be flexible and adaptable to suit their needs.

You will need to demonstrate a track record of advising employer clients, and business development and networking will make up a fundamental part of the role.
