Job Details
A national practice with sites in London, Hertfordshire, Birmingham, and Bristol are seeking a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor in their Bristol based team as they expand to meet client demand.
You will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with around NQ-2 of years PQE and have some experience of the acquisition and disposal of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management, and refinancing.
The successful candidate will benefit from close support and supervision from leading partners in this team and will be given access to high-quality work from the outset. You will work for major clients in the retail, commercial and banking/lending sector and handle your own matters as well as assisting senior lawyers on complex and high-value deals.
