Clinical Negligence Solicitor

At OH Parsons LLP we have been fighting for employee rights since 1946.  We act for the individual, not employers or corporations.  We have a national reputation in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Employment.  We offer challenging and varied work as part of well-established teams at our modern Slough offices. While prior Trade Union experience would be preferred, this is not essential.

We are currently seeking to recruit

• Clinical Negligence Solicitor - – managing own casework acting for claimants in moderate to high value medical/clinical negligence matters adhering to procedural and funding guidelines. You will need up to 36 months of experience in Clinical Negligence acquired pre/post qualification managing own caseload in this complex area of law.   Previous litigation experience and a strong academic background are a must.
