At OH Parsons LLP we have been fighting for employee rights since 1946.  We act for the individual, not employers or corporations.  We have a national reputation in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence and Employment.  We offer challenging and varied work as part of well-established teams at our modern Slough offices. While prior Trade Union experience would be preferred, this is not essential.

We are currently seeking to recruit

  • Employment Solicitor - Day to day, you will run a busy litigation caseload including a broad range of claims.  The role requires solid experience of advising and representing claimants in discrimination claims, conducting some high volume, high profile litigation.  The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of solid employment litigation experience.
