Job Details
Commercial Solicitor - A commercial solicitor is required by a commercial department of a law firm in Wiltshire. The successful commercial solicitor will have previous commercial contract experience, gained in private practice, dealing with blue chip clients. The commercial solicitor role requires strong technical skills in drafting commercial agreements, intellectual property and information technology contracts. The commercial contract work will over a wide variety of interesting work load including high value and complex contract structures. Salary dependent upon experience.
