Corporate Paralegal

A disruptive and impressive boutique corporate law firm based in Manchester are on the look out for a bright and ambitious paralegal to join their corporate department. The firm are relatively new, however they have achieved a great deal in a short period of time and are really starting to shake things up in the Manchester market. This is a great opportunity to develop your career as a paralegal in a supportive and engaging environment.

You will join the corporate team and will work alongside a number of other paralegals assisting solicitors with their transactional caseload of corporate matters. You will also have the assistance of a legal assistant to help with the progress of files, meaning you have a manageable workload. This role would suit an ambitious corporate paralegal with at least 6 months' prior experience within this area of the law. You will be able to develop your career through working alongside leading corporate lawyers, due to the age of the firm there are also great progression prospects.

Salary up to £25,000 alongside 25 days annual leave and a fantastic benefit package including private medical insurance.
