Job Details
Our reputed and well-respected law firm are now recruiting for a Property Litigation Solicitor in Bristol.
You will join a large established team based across several offices including Bristol and the South Coast.
In this role, you will be involved in a broad diet of property litigation including (but not limited to):
- Landlord & Tenant work.
- Development disputes.
- Possession, trespass, and squatter actions.
- Land acquisition disputes/purchaser claims.
Your client base will also be broad and span across household names. These large clients will include retailers, commercial property owners, developers, and funders.
The client contact available from day one will help enjoy building on these relationships in order to further encourage repeat business and grow your own professional network for the future.
This Property Litigation Solicitor vacancy can be offered at either solicitor or associate level.
As a guide solicitors with at least 3 years' PQE within property litigation are encouraged to apply.
