The Role

The firm needs an Employment NQ to join their thriving Thames Valley office.

The ideal candidate will be a general Employment Solicitor who will have the opportunity to develop within an exceptional and innovative team. On offer is a full spectrum of high-quality work and you will be working alongside some highly experienced Partners.

You will have significant client contact and a broad caseload, not being limited to either contentious or non-contentious matters. You will be given the support needed to enhance your business development skills which you can bring forward with you into your future career at the firm.

Candidates offering private practice and/or in-house backgrounds will be considered!

Requirements

• You will be an Employment NQ who is looking for a firm to progress their career in the long term (with post-qualification Employment experience)
• You will ideally have a paralegal background
• You will be ambitious and motivated
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Salary is market rate and negotiable based on your level of PQE
