Call / Case Handler
A Legal 500 firm is seeking a Legal assistant in the Litigation and Dispute Management team in Central Cardiff.
The role involves working with some of the UK’s top financial institutes and Insurers.
As a Call Handler you will be working closely in the Mortgage Enforcement Team engaging with national clients and their representatives throughout the mortgage litigation process.
The ideal candidate will have gained experience in:
• a call handling role previously
• a financial service organisation
The successful candidate will be able to work independently, have strong attention to detail, and have a strong understating of FCA regulations.
