The Role

The firm needs a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their thriving Thames Valley office.

The ideal candidate will be working with a varied case load, including landlord and tenant, development matters as well as acquisitions and disposals. You will have the opportunity to support the firm generally in its growth initiatives and given the support you need to springboard your career.

This role will allow you to work with an impressive client base and build upon your existing skills to continue to develop. You will have the backing of a highly reputable firm to establish yourself as a Commercial Property Solicitor in Berkshire.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor (all levels from NQ upwards will be considered)
• You will ideally be keen on engaging in business development You will be ambitious and motivated
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Salary is market rate and negotiable based on your level of PQE
