Corporate Principle Associate, Leeds, 5+ Years PQE, Extremely Competitive Salary (Based on Experience)


This rapidly growing national firm are making significant investment in its Leeds office. Due to rapid growth there is an opportunity for a Corporate Lawyer to join the team. You will be working on your own caseload or supporting the partner and other members of the team depending on your experience. You will be working on a broad range of corporate work including corporate finance, private equity, M&A, capital markets and general corporate advisory work. You will be advising a range of clients from start-ups to large private and public limited companies on issues such as joint ventures, transactions and acquisitions.

You will ideally be 5+ years PQE but not less than 3 years and gained your experience in a high calibre firm. You will have a strong background in transactional work and able to demonstrate your ability of managing smaller transactions independently and working as part of a team on large ones. You will have excellent communication, time management, negotiation skills with good attention to detail. You will have a passion for business development and have the ability to build strong relationships and spot opportunities.
