Our client is a leading and award-winning international commercial law firm, they deliver advice and strategic guidance spanning the full legal spectrum, from non-contentious advisory and transactional work, to all forms of commercial litigation.

Our client acts as a trusted adviser to a wide portfolio of clients across a wide range of specialist sectors: from transport and logistics and international trade, through to retail, insurance, marine, health, education, manufacturing, public sector and banking and financial services.

Their vastly expanding insurance department is looking for a Costs Draftsperson/Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years' experience and is well versed in Preparing Points of Dispute, Preparing Points of Reply, Preparing Bills of Costs and Schedules, Negotiating and has also ideally attended at Detailed Assessment Hearings as well as providing advice to clients (both internal and external).

Candidates are required to have good knowledge of CPR, current knowledge of legislation, proven negotiation skills, management of own caseload, excellent time management and organisational skills.

It essential that candidates have the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, possess excellent communication skills. They are expected to be IT literate as well as having at strong attention to detail.
