THE FIRM:
Our client is a long established central London based law firm serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients.
THE ROLE:
A new role has arisen for a residential property lawyer to join its highly successful and expanding real estate team working with HNW investors in the UK and overseas.
You will be dealing with high value purchases and sales of residential property and secured lending.
THE CANDIDATE:
To be considered for this position you will be a pro-active 2-4pqe residential property lawyer with excellent academics (2:1 or above) and a proven track record from a top national or City law firm.
You will have a minimum of two years' experience of advising on residential property law, and will have dealt with a range of landlord and tenant matters, including drafting leases and preparing deeds of variation and licences.
With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have a flexible and adaptable attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships quickly with an entrepreneurial client base.
