Job Details
This leading Exeter based law firm act for niche sectors across both the public and private sectors. Their litigation department mirrors these sectors and can, therefore, offer a broad and interesting caseload of litigation.
This firm is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with broad litigation experience. You may be newly qualified (one year+) and looking to expand on your existing knowledge.
Your caseload will be broad and will include consumer contract disputes, the sale of
goods issues, and property disputes, so any experience of these would be beneficial, but not essential.
Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least one years' relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Over and above your experience, you should be a team player, and also be comfortable representing the firm at local and national events. Training on this will be given where necessary.
