Contentious Construction Lawyer – Bath
Due to recent growth and expansion of the Construction Team, a UK Top 100 legal practice is seeking to appoint a Contentious Construction Lawyer into their Bath offices. The firm boast an excellent reputation in the market, paired with a friendly atmosphere and ranked within the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for. An opportunity has arisen within the already established Construction Department for a Solicitor of 2 to 5 year’s post qualification experience, to handle contentious construction matters, including adjudications, referrals and cases within the TCC.
On offer is the opportunity to undertake niche legal work within a thriving legal practice, offering an attractive range of benefits and competitive salaries.
TSR Legal would expect a solicitor with the given PQE to have gained the level of experience required, but this does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less PQE.
