The firm is recruiting for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their flourishing West End office.

The firm now stands at 85 staff and are in the process of undertaking some succession planning. They are a full multi-service firm and are growing across several departments. The firm has a strong reputation for Residential Property work, with the department having solid relationships with many high-end estate agents, you will find a client base of many HNW individuals, celebrities and well-known individuals. The bespoke caseload, will have many high value matters and will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

Given the department is expanding, there are excellent prospects for progression, it would suit someone looking for Partnership or perhaps a lateral move.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least four years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• You will be based in the flourishing West End office
• You should have a good billings history
• Experience of developing new business is desired
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional, lucrative bonus structure.
