Costs Draftsman

A specialist Personal Injury Firm with an outstanding regional reputation have asked us to help with the recruitment of an experienced Costs Draftsman.

They have a significant number of claims and process the Costs through their own In-House Team.

The Costs Team deals with all areas of costs work including RTA, Employers Liability and Public Liability, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence.

They are looking to recruit a good quality Cost Draftsman to deal with the following:

Drafting Formal Bills of Costs

Drafting Precedent H's and dealing with all aspects of the cost budgeting process

Preparing and dealing with Points of Dispute and Replies

Preparing Schedules for summary assessment

Negotiating settlement on some files

Dealing with Portal/fixed cost queries
