A hugely successful City head quartered international practice is keen to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to join the firms' very highly rated Birmingham city centre based Real Estate Disputes Team.

This pre-eminent Legal 500 listed and Chambers rated practice is held in high esteem throughout the UK and Asia and has a solid presence in a number of sectors to include, transport, construction, infrastructure, banking, education and health, hotels and leisure, defence, engineering and surveying, charities, retail and energy and natural resources. The firm is also regularly instructed to act on behalf of ultra-high net worth families and those on a very sound financial footing.

Due to the continued success of the Real Estate Litigation Team, the firm is now seeking to make an additional hire with the appointment of a further Property Litigation Solicitor. You will either be an NQ who has undertaken a seat within property litigation or you will have accumulated up to 3 years' PQE at a national or a very strong regional practice where you have dealt with real estate litigation matters.

Working closely with partners and the wider team, your caseload will include acting for retail, investor, development and commercial clients and you will represent both landlords and tenants and deal with asset management issues, termination of tenancies, forfeiture, break notices, dilapidations, lease renewals, possession claims, rights to light and rent arrears.
