The role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Property Litigation Associate / Partner to join their newly refurbished office based in the heart of the City of London.

You will find Lawyers in this firm are not just technically strong, but are excellent, dynamic business developers.

You will be dealing with both Commercial Property and HNW Residential Property Litigation. The client base will be varied, making for a much more interesting role. You will have the autonomy to shape this role around you, working in collaboration with the two equity partners.

The caseload will be broad but include; Professional negligence, Dilapidation claims, Contract disputes, Arbitration, Mediation, Landlord and tenant disputes, Break notices, Termination of leases and Possession.

There are fantastic prospects with this role for the right candidate, which includes Equity in time.

Requirements:

• You will a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• The ability to deliver first-class client care is essential
