Commercial Real Estate Lawyer - Our clients are a busy, full service South London firm with a long established commercial client base ranging from small businesses up to listed entities. They have asked us to find them a further experienced commercial property solicitor, c.4pqe+ who can add further value to their busy real estate team.
Working closely with other team members, you will be dealing with freehold acquisitions and disposals, leases, 1954 Act lease renewals, ancillary deeds, refinancing and overage.
The firm has modern, state of the art premises in a superb, riverside location close to both Canary Wharf and other regenerated areas on the South Bank of the River Thames.
