Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor with our client in South East London.
Our client is a long established (100 years+) and well respected full-service law firm, operating from incredible premises. They have a medium sized property team that deals with a good mix of high value and desirable properties.
They have had another strong year, maintaining a high level of transactions and as such they are looking to add to the team, dealing with:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Drafting leases
- Leasehold enfranchisements and lease extensions
The ideal Residential Property Solicitor candidate will be -
- 3 years (or more) of PQE
- Experienced dealing with the London market
- Live within a sensible commute to South East London
