A well-established regional firm is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join the highly-successful team in its Leeds office. Over the past 10 years, this firm has built a practice based on offering the best advice, which has resulted in repeat business from clients in the public, private and third sectors. They have a great reputation as an employer and a really modern approach, whilst they offer access to some incredibly high value and complex work they are not a firm that expects unreasonable results or particularly long hours so you really could have a work life balance.

The property litigation department has experienced significant growth over the last couple of years and is continuing to expand organically and win new tenders across the country. Due to this expansion, the team is looking for a talented property litigation solicitor to join the team.

The role will be incredibly varied both in terms of the work on offer and the clients. It will include a wide range of property-related disputes, including landlord and tenant matters as well as development disputes. The firm's portfolio of clients now includes many NHS organisations, numerous housing associations and a large amount of private sector companies. You would be working as part of a national team but have a highly experienced lawyer who you would work with on a day to day basis locally.

Ideally the firm is looking to recruit a property litigation solicitor from NQ level up to 3 years' PQE. While previous experiencing working with local authorities and healthcare organisations would be helpful, it is by no means essential although litigation and/or property experience would be important if you haven't got the property litigation experience.
