My client requires a solicitor with at least a six month corporate seat to continue the growth of their team. Whilst two trainee solicitors already working within the firm will also qualify into the corporate team, key client wins in recent months have made it clear that a slightly more senior assistant solicitor will be necessary to round the balance of the team out.
You will take on the full spectrum of corporate matters, with a leaning towards M&A for a variety of private and public sector clients.
In addition to M&A and general corporate work you will gain exposure to private equity and corporate restructuring matters in a team renowned for their skills in these areas.
Roles of this type tend to not pop up that often this early in the calendar year and would be a fantastic role for any aspiring corporate solicitor to apply for.
