Multi accredited firm in West Yorkshire seeks an Assistant Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for a talented Assistant Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join our client’s highly successful practice located in the Bingley area. The successful applicant will assist the firm’s conveyancing team with their caseload.

Responsibilities
• Handling sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Shared ownership
• Participating in business development and marketing activities
• Liaising with clients and other professionals

The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from licenced conveyancers, legal executives, paralegals and solicitors with a minimum of one years’ PQE
• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential for this role
• Knowledge of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme protocols
• Be a strong team player with the ability to work efficiently under your own initiative
• Excel in communication skills both verbally and written
