An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor (6-10 years' PQE) to work for a law firm which is completely different from any other in Yorkshire. This is a firm where standards are high and demanding but the rewards, both materially and in terms of real job satisfaction, achievement, development, and progression, make the input worthwhile. 
 
The successful Employment Solicitor will be based at the firms head office in Hull and will be working autonomously and as part of a team.
 
You will ideally have 6-10 years' PQE and be an experienced employment law specialist, used to dealing with fast-paced litigation and complex cases. The ability to manage your own caseload is essential, and experience of supervising and training junior employees is preferable.
 
You will also be responsible for representing a variety of clients from a broad spectrum of industry sectors that are facing Employment Tribunal claims, including but not limited to:

• Unfair dismissal
• Discrimination
• TUPE
• Whistleblowing

The role is primarily litigation based, dealing with claims which start at the ACAS EC stage through to a final hearing.
