Construction Law Solicitor NQ + - Cheltenham

A new opportunity has arisen for a construction law solicitor to join a modern, forward-thinking and expanding law firm where the ethos is about creating a happy ship and allowing staff members to enjoy their home time. They provide great support to Solicitors by using the best file management system and having fantastic IT support and Accounts functions and they aim to give their clients the best attention to service.

The caseload will be varied and you will work contentious and non-contentious Construction law or focus on one or the other. This caseload will consist of negotiating and drafting development agreements, building contracts and construction finance documents as well as resolving disputes over construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have the minimum of a 2:1 with strong academics and have an honest enthusiasm and enjoyment in Construction law.
