Commercial Property Solicitor - This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a commercial property team. Reporting to the Head of they require a competent commercial property solicitor who is client focused and able to provide advice on a full range of commercial property matters to include; landlord and tenant, acquisitions and disposals, relocations, funding, transfers of going concerns and assisting on residential and commercial developments. Salary dependent upon experience.
