Dispute Resolution (Property Focused) - Re-Train Offered

This specialist litigation law firm based in Liverpool city centre are seeking to appoint a dispute resolution / litigation solicitor to their specialist property litigation team. Ideally you will be an experience Fee Earner, Legal Executive or Junior Solicitor with at least 1 years' experience within dispute resolution or debt recovery.

You will be joining a dedicated team that deals with technical & complex work with a focus on litigation based property disputes, so any experience of property focused dispute resolution will prove advantageous, If, however your experience is more 'general' dispute resolution / debt recovery then training will be provided and opportunities will be presented to you to further your career as well as deal with more technical & advanced work.

The position is to initially work closely with the department manager & senior associates and deal with your own complex caseload, whilst under their supervision. However once you are comfortable with your new environment you will be given autonomy and have the opportunity to supervise & train your own paralegals.

There are currently x2 vacancies to fill due to significant referrals from existing clients and a consistently steady steam of new clients coming into the business.
