Job Details
The perfect role has arisen for a Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive who is looking to join a leading Legal 200 firm in the East Midlands area. If you want to gain exposure to top quality work and an impressive commercial client base, then this may be the perfect role for you.
My client, a leading regional law firm with offices across the country, seeks an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Nottingham office.
You will sit within the broader commercial disputes team which is made up of ten staff members (including support) and will focus on property matters. Your typical client base will be large scale commercial retail clients, and you can expect a mixed caseload of matters including;
- Boundary and general commercial property disputes
- Rent review and service charge disputes
- Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and associated notices and procedures
- Dilapidations claims
- Commercial lease renewals
- Breach of covenant and title.
