The role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a highly reputable firm based in Maidstone, Kent.

In this role, you will be demonstrating strong commercial/business acumen. You will have experience in dealing with commercial contracts, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions. The firm are looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor, who has experience leading teams, meting deadlines, identifying risks and addresses matters of contention.

In this role, you will be working alongside incredibly commercially minded, yet approachable solicitors who will be there for guidance as well as support. Whilst you will be expected to have the experience to work autonomously, the firm also advocates a collaborative working environment really standing this opportunity ahead of the curve.

The role

• You will ideally be 4+ years PQE and you will have experience running your own caseloads
• You will have experience in managing Corporate deals.
• You will share exceptional communication skills
