Job Details
A rare opportunity has arisen within the Private Client team at a top ranked regional law firm in Surrey for an experienced Private Client Senior Associate (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to take on a key senior role within the business. This can be either in a Head of Private Client capacity or acting as a senior technical specialist within the team.
The firm have a reputation for being extremely modern and forward thinking. They have a number of offices across both London and Surrey and work closely with a HNW client base across Surrey, Berkshire and into London. The Private Client team in particular have an exceptional reputation for providing a quality service to a HNW client base across the local area.
The team currently consists of two high performing solicitors, working alongside a team of paralegals and support staff. The firm now require a technical specialist, preferably STEP qualified, with a sound technical understanding of complex inheritance tax planning and trust work to join the business as a senior fee earner or Head of Department.
Previous management experience is not a requirement as the team are already performing significantly ahead of target and this is a fantastic opportunity for a high performing Senior Associate or Partner to take on a key role within a top business with a clear progression structure available to them.
The firm offer a very competitive basic salary as well as a highly lucrative bonus scheme that rewards individual, team and overall firm performance. The business has just had a record year and a number of the top fee earners are regularly taking home over 10% of basic salary in bonus.
