The Role:

The firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate NQ Solicitor

The Corporate team deals with a full range of services including, M&A. Private equity, Joint ventures, Restructuring and Commercial contracts.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work; the varied nature of the caseload will make for a more interesting role. You will work alongside industry regarded Partners, most of whom were trained in large City practices. The team is forward-thinking, friendly and have real team spirit.

You will need to be qualified in England & Wales and completed a Corporate seat in your training contract with a London firm to be considered.

Requirements:

• You will be a newly qualified Solicitor with a passion and keen interest in specialising in Corporate law.
• You will have good technical knowledge
• You will be organised and capable of running your own caseload
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• Excellent communication skills are essential
