The role

The firm are looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer into their Leeds office.

You will join an award winning corporate team that is led by a team of partners widely regarded as leaders in their field and who are regularly recommended by clients for their reputation, personalities and outstanding expertise.

The department advises companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Lawyer with at least four years PQE+ (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE and I would encourage even the most experienced of candidates to apply)
• Ideally you will have had some experience to private equity or venture capital work, although this is not essential
• You should have had good client facing experience
• You should have good technical knowledge
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your background, in addition you will receive an industry leading benefits package
