The Role

The firm are seeking a Contentious IP Solicitor to join the firm in their modern City of London office.

You will join a well-established department that deals with the highest quality of work, with a very varied client base which includes SME right up to well-known National companies across a number of industry sectors. You will join a friendly, professional and dynamic team

You will deal with a broad IP caseload which will include but not be limited to;trademarks, designs, copyright, database rights, data privacy and confidential information. This role will focus on contentious matter working alongside a leading Partner in the field.

Requirements:

• You will be a Contentious IP Solicitor with NQ to 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• IP Litigation experience would be an advantage but otherwise an IP seat would also be sufficient
• You should have an excellent technical knowledge
• You will have a "can do" attitude and be a first-class communicator
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
