Job Details
My client is a well known firm in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, where conveyancing is a major part of the firm's activities and they cover both traditional sales, and purchase files and panel conveyancing.
You can be qualified or non-qualified and working in a Fee Earner capacity in relation to both panel conveyancing and private client matters, however the panel work will be a large part of the caseload.
The residential property team also handle Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, right to buy, shared ownership and new build transactions, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, lease variations, and Help to Buy equity loans.
You will be well organised and able to work handle clients' timescales, managing their expectations and able to work files throughout the whole transaction from opening the matter through to completion of registration, dealing with other side solicitors, mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers, clients and local authorities.
On offer will be a competitive salary based upon your own level of experience.
