Court of Protection Solicitor

One of Manchester's leading law firm are seeking an experienced court of protection solicitor to join their Legal 500 recommended department. The firm in question have grown to become one of city's leading law firm and they have a fantastic reputation across all of their practice areas.

You will be joining a tier one private client department with an excellent following and standard of work. You will have an inherited caseload of court of protection with particular emphasis on deputyship matters.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and accomplished Court of Protection Solicitor to take the next step in their career. You will be provided with excellent support and you will be working alongside with the head of department to assist with the development and organisation of the department.

Any experienced Court of Protection solicitors should apply. My client will also consider newly qualified solicitors who have completed a seat within court of protection.
